Morning in the life maternity session

Maternity sessions are often centered around the belly, or around how mom looks. There's stress about the right timing, in particular being "too big" or showing "too little".

Documentary maternity sessions really capture what life is like at that moment, with a massive change waiting right around the corner. My maternity sessions have ranged everywhere between 28 weeks to one day before the baby was born, and they all are equally true to what the experience for the family was like at that moment.

I joined Angela, Thiago, Olivia, and my new furry friend Sunny on a Sunday morning about 3 weeks before little Adam was due. Olivia slowly warmed up to touching the belly as the hours went by – one of the important things about longer sessions is that you can capture things happening naturally instead of forcing them.
